Pop singer-songwriter CANNXN just dropped her second single, "Uncomfortable"!
The immediate vibe you get when CANNXN begins singing is like that moment when an artist takes the stage, and the entire room’s attention instantly goes to them. The Seattle-based singer’s writing style in "Uncomfortable" is somehow simple and exquisitely detailed at the time.
"Uncomfortable" serves as a musical exploration of isolation in the time of coronavirus, the feelings associated with overthinking, and the anxiety that comes with feeling trapped inside of your own head.
Despite my strong initial intrigue regarding "Uncomfortable", it wasn’t until I first sat down to deeply listen to the track that it completely and intensely resonated with me. It’s the type of song that leaves you speechless because the artist was able to perfectly express an experience that you thought nobody else understood.
I wholeheartedly believe CANNXN is on the rise, and that we will be hearing her name a lot more. Can’t Wait!
