Experimental electro pop artist, singer-songwriter/producer susan has just released their new single, “Rose”.

“Rose” is part of a series of tracks being dropped by susan, in a project called “suepreme”. The artist is delivering songs every first Thursday, monthly.

susan’s vocals are delightful and filled with passion that leaves you holding on to each word. The lyrics are skillfully written - the entire piece initially comes off as simplistic, but there is so much to explore and uncover.

"‘Rose’ is a track written about finding yourself within spaces where self love isn’t acceptable; Eventually pushing you to a place where you experience a higher knowledge of self. It’s about realising your worth through self doubt and depreciation. The track was produced with CackleHill (Previous works: Umru and Charli XCX),It needed to invoke the unsettling feeling of not understanding deeply who you are.”

Singer/songwriter and producer Simon Lunche has released his newest single, “Red Delicious”!

“Red Delicious” is a tempting combination of Simon Lunche’s charmingly smooth vocals, his signature romantic, desiring lyrics, and magnetic instrumentals. His songwriting prowess shines brightly throughout the track.

“At its core, this song is about loneliness. Feeling so alone that you’re daydreaming only of being wrapped so tightly in somebody else’s loving that it’s almost toxic. That 'Kiss me ’till it’s hard to breathe' type love.”

Lunche has the type of voice that ignites butterflies every time. I describe artists like this as having the ability to sing a phonebook and people would still swoon. Listeners can’t help but become completely captivated.

Notable track credits include Lunche, who wrote and produced the track himself, accompanied on bass and drums by LA’s best session musicians including Sean Hurley (John Mayer) and Aaron Sterling (Harry Styles, John Mayer). The final mix by Dave Reitzas (Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand, The Weeknd) added just the right finishing touch.

Official Music Video:

Without a doubt, “Red Delicious” will be on repeat. New Simon Lunche album, Never Knew The Night to drop in September.

The Dares have just released their new alternative/rock single, “No Way Out”!

“No Way Out” is intriguing and has depth to it that I have come to love and appreciate from The Dares; Each line is powerfully written and thought-provoking.

As a fan of The Dares for over 10 years, there has never been new music from them that I haven’t been excited about. With lyrics that are always complex and meaningful, joined by dynamically imaginative instrumentals, The Dares impress every time.

“This song is about feeling trapped in your current situation. It begins with the singer looking back on how he got there. "With a mouth full of strange words, I keep talking myself down." By the chorus you're longing for an earlier time. "Let's take this back where we started new..." and ends with feeling trapped again "one way in, no way out". This song also touched themes of unhealthy escapism and the need to avoid self harm.”

If you haven’t listened to The Dares before, “No Way Out” is a wonderful introduction into the riveting art that they create. There is profundity to explore throughout each track they release.
